As first time home buyers in the Bay Area we loved working with Aviva! She was so helpful even before we officially started working together when we didn't know what county we wanted to live in (Sonoma? SF? East Bay?) or how to start looking. Once we began looking in SF, Aviva was on top of everything. After every open house where we showed even a little bit of interest she would pull disclosures, arrange a private viewing, call lenders/insurance agents, get expert opinions on potential repairs or modifications, etc. She was two steps ahead of us the entire time.
